  • Technical support for all construction project work including RIBA stage sign off
  • Policy and Procedure
  • Long Term Maintenance
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance and Small works
  • Architectural and Engineering Design Review
  • Asset Management
  • Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
  • Compliance and Audit – including Fire safety, Asbestos, Legionella
  • Budget Management for LTM, Utilities and CSU Operational unit
  • Record and Archive management – including contract documents, H&S files etc.
  • Permit to Work system
  • Energy Management - RGF (Salix), Automated Metering - including Carbon Dashboard, Building Management Systems (BMS), Carbon Credit Scheme and EU-ETS
