We are the first point of contact for Estates’ customers providing a dedicated customer care facility.
Support for Teaching
The Teaching Support Services Unit provides 250 Teaching Rooms and Audio Visual Equipment as part of the teaching programme.

Capital Programme
The Capital Projects Unit is responsible for the delivery of the University's Capital Programme.
Design Services
The Design Services Unit offers a multi-disciplinary design and project management service in relation to the alteration, refurbishment, planned maintenance and new build.
