The Faculty Estates Teams are Estates professionals who work within the Faculty. This enables us to understand your business better and ensure the solutions we deliver are tailored to your needs.
On a day to day basis, the Faculty Estates Teams are the first point of contact providing advice, liaison and assistance in a number of areas ranging from the changing of light bulbs to ensuring Faculty involvement in erecting and equipping multi-million pound, state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities.
The teams also work alongside Managers, Senior Directors and Academics to establish a strategic approach to the management of the Estate. The teams are committed to delivering a number of initiatives including:
- Developing existing and introducing new User Group Forums
- Monitoring the performance of all Service Providers and setting up performance review meetings with the Directorate
- Establishing long term and small works upgrading programmes
