The Helpdesk is the first point of contact for Estates customers. It provides advice on how to access the wide range of services available across all parts of the Directorate and processes all requests for small repair-type work from start to finish.

Work Requests

For new requests please use this link -

Use the above link to report a fault, request work or make an enquiry to the Directorate of Estates and Facilities. When you submit the form, it will be sent to the appropriate person and a copy will be sent to the requestor for your records. Please make a note of the request number issued to you so you can track progress and/or monitor the response.

Rechargeable Work

Rechargeable works can now be logged using the Helpdesk Request Form. Please ensure appropriate authorisation has been obtained before submitting your request. Rechargeable works will proceed on the assumption that you are, or have sought and obtained approval from, the budget holder for any costs associated with the works. The Directorate will not accept responsibility for recharges being made where the appropriate approval has not been obtained.
