Furniture Removals and Relocations
House Services assist in small office/venue furniture removals either for the relocation of items or for re-use/disposal of unwanted items.
Larger scale removals may need the assistance of a specialist removal company on a recharge basis which House Services will be happy to arrange and advise on. This may also be the case in particular building/locations where access is difficult or there is no lift provision. Please contact your Cluster/Building Supervisor for assistance - see contact us
All unwanted furniture is collected by the Campus Cleansing Unit and assessed for it's suitability for re-use so that as much as possible is sent back to the Furniture4Reuse store to be redistributed to staff, students, local charities and other organisations.
